The storefront had been closed on and off for the past several weeks and looked like it was either undergoing renovations or a clean out. According to Staunton Downtown Development Association Director Greg Beam, the shop has closed.

“Cocoa Mill has, sadly, closed their downtown Staunton location,” he wrote in an email. “We have also attempted multiple times to make contact, but have not received a response. The space has been leased to a new tenant, which has yet to be announced.”
